who is "Analog?"
Jerry Wohletz has, for 15 years, helped leaders communicate with purpose, clarity and conviction. He's partnered with CEOs on the Time 100 (Titans) and Fortune’s Most Powerful Women (#7) lists, written for Hollywood A-listers and political leaders, worked alongside founders, and helped them all show up in high-stakes moments with messages that move people and get results.
Before founding Analog Leadership Communications, Jerry led executive communications at Walmart, where he served CEO Doug McMillon and led a team that supported Walmart’s c-suite. His work shaped keynotes and thought leadership for global stages, from the Consumer Electronics Show to the World Economic Forum in Davos to Investor Day.
Earlier in his career, Jerry worked in healthcare and education in Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Rochester, New York. But his foundation was set even earlier. A classically trained violinist, Jerry was raised on a Kansas farm where his communications approach helped transform six tomato plants into a thriving local agritourism business. That early experience in music, agriculture and entrepreneurship still shapes how he helps leaders communicate today: with precision, a deep sense of what's at stake, and above all, purpose.
what we do
Analog Leadership Communications is a partner to senior executives and teams who know that how they communicate determines what they can achieve. We treat communication as core to leadership—not a soft skill, but the hard work of aligning organizations and driving outcomes. Built from experience supporting global CEOs, we understand the realities of compressed timelines, constant visibility, and the pressure to deliver messages that mobilize teams and win stakeholders. We turn executive communication into a competitive advantage: when it becomes a strength instead of a struggle or afterthought, everything accelerates.

why analog?
My grandfather was a typewriter repairman. Our logo is modeled after the 1912 Corona 3 typewriter he gave my mom, who passed it on to me. It sits on my desk and it's a reminder that good communication has always required craft, care, and something real behind the words.
There's a reason people still reach for vinyl records, film cameras, and handwritten notes. We have faster, cleaner ways to listen to music and send messages, but we choose what's real, what's tactile, and what lasts. Leadership communication works the same way: it's not just about what's said, it's about how it's experienced. When a leader steps onto a stage or into a room, the audience shouldn't just hear the message. They should feel it. That takes craftsmanship. It takes understanding people. It takes connecting the head and the heart.
We built Analog for leaders who see communication not as a box to check, but as a defining act of leadership—one that shapes confidence, drives outcomes, and leaves a lasting mark.
